An Eventful Stroll Through a Diverse Landscape

Meets at Charlestown High School Main Entry (underneath the pedestrian bridge)

Marvel at the Charlestown High School’s playfully colorful pedestrian bridge; understand the puzzling architectural composition of historic School Street; see site-specific dance installation led by Boston-based choreographer and performer, Emily Beattie; listen to residents’ tales collected through local artist and MIT Architecture student Bethany Patten’s Storybox; and hear the roar of traffic as you depart Charlestown’s charming residential streets for the overwhelming landscape of highway infrastructure at its edge.
