Part of a series of construction projects at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the new 21-story residence hall will double the college’s housing capacity. Included in the building will be a café and health center to be shared with neighboring colleges. There will be roughly a half-hourFollowing a tour up into the structure under construction, and a question and discussion period following the tour will be led by Brett Lambert, architect, ADD Inc.; Howie LaRosee, director of facilities at Massachusetts College of Art and Design; and Jim McCoy, project superintendant, Suffolk Construction.
