Rising 14 stories above Brookline Avenue, the 275,000-square-foot Yawkey Center for Cancer Care embodies one of the hallmarks of Dana-Farber: an equal and unwavering commitment to discovery and care.

The state-of-the-art clinical facility is designed to speed the conversion of scientific discoveries into lifesaving treatments. Created with guidance from patients and families, it was built to advance clinical care, optimize patient safety, enhance the patient experience, and provide a welcoming and nurturing environment. Margie DeBolt, partner, and Jerry Foster, associate partner, ZGF Architects; and Sherri Rullen, director of architecture, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, lead the discussion.
